- After laminating, why the material is out of shape?
1), If the material becomes tremendous out of shape, it means the temperature of the laminator is too high.
Decrease the temperature of the laminator, and try again.
2), If the material is just a little bit curved, it means the heat axle of the laminator is not uniform.
After laminating, put something heavy (suck a book) on it to keep plain. Remove the book after cooling. If the material is still curved, turn over the materials and laminate again.
3), If the above solutions can’t help, maybe the combinations of the material is not good.
Confirm the printable material and middle (or basic) material is both PVC or both PET.
