- How to adjust the temperature?
- Usually, if the total material thickness is less than 45, start temperature is 110℃~130℃, if the total material thickness is more than 45, start temperature is 130℃~160℃, the best temperature depends on the machine type, weather, etc, .
  There are some ways to find the best temperature:
  1), Laminate whole material: In the beginning, you can start from lower temperature and laminate, check whether the materials are glued well. If glued well, it means the temperature is OK. If didn't glued well, increase the temperature and laminate again. Repeat the above steps till the material glued well. If the materials curved after laminating, it means the temperature is too high.
  2), Laminate a part of the material: In the beginning, you can start from lower temperature laminate a part of material and check whether the materials are glued well. If glued well, it means the temperature is OK. If didn't glued well, increase the temperature and laminate again. Repeat the above steps till the material glued well. If the materials curved after laminating, it means the temperature is too high.
  3), Start from lower temperature should be good than start from higher temperature. High temperature cause curved, once material curved, it is very difficult to remedy. On the contrary, lower temperature just cause non-well glued,; you just need to increase temperature and laminate again. It can decrease the junk materials.
